Aaron Damare brings more than 25 years of experience in marine design, spanning structural, mechanical, and outfitting disciplines. His work includes system design and integration for U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and commercial vessels.

Aaron has led large-scale design teams, managed budgets, and delivered under tight contract schedules. His technical depth is matched by strong leadership instincts—mentoring designers, aligning teams, and stepping in wherever clarity is needed.

As Managing Director, Aaron drives company operations, client relations, and cross-functional coordination. He’s known for holding high standards, moving fast, and making sure clients get the right result the first time.
