Chad Lott joined Waterline Design in 2024 with over 30 years of hands-on experience in shipbuilding. His background spans quality assurance, scheduling, engineering management, customer support, and direct production oversight.

Chad has held leadership roles at Ingalls Shipbuilding, Austal USA, and Halter Marine, where he was known for balancing speed and precision under pressure. His insight across multiple departments gives him a sharp understanding of what slows projects down—and how to fix it before it hits the floor.

At Waterline Design, Chad leads electrical design efforts and manages complex production workflows across teams and disciplines. His approach is practical, organized, and built for performance.
