Kim Shaw brings over 15 years of experience in human resources, operations, and organizational leadership. She’s SHRM-certified and has a proven track record of supporting both front-line teams and executive leadership.

At Waterline Design, Kim oversees company-wide administration, compliance, and internal systems. She plays a key role in maintaining the team’s efficiency and culture—ensuring employees have the structure and support to do their best work.

In addition to her HR expertise, Kim provides hands-on technical support for ShipConstructor and AutoCAD projects. Her combined operational and technical skillset helps bridge gaps across the company.
